All orders must be confirmed in writing. Quotations are valid for a limited period and may change based on material availability or supplier conditions. Payments are due as per agreed quotation terms. Late payments may result in delays, suspension of services, or additional charges. We reserve the right to withhold delivery until payment obligations are met.
Customers are responsible for ensuring uploaded files (CAD, drawings, specifications) are accurate, lawful, and free from malicious content. Ardency Solutions maintains confidentiality of all project data and restricts access to authorized personnel and verified suppliers. We may refuse projects that violate third‑party rights or regulatory restrictions.
We strive to deliver projects within agreed timelines. However, schedules may vary depending on complexity, material availability, logistics, and external factors. Ardency Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Clients are encouraged to plan projects with reasonable lead times.
Ardency Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. Clients must verify that delivered parts meet their intended use and compliance requirements before deployment.
We warrant that parts will be manufactured according to specifications provided. No additional warranties, express or implied, are offered regarding fitness for a particular purpose unless agreed in writing. Quality checks are performed, but final responsibility for application lies with the client.
All designs, files, and specifications uploaded remain the property of the client. Ardency Solutions does not claim ownership of client intellectual property. We reserve the right to refuse projects that infringe on third‑party rights or violate export control regulations.
Clients are responsible for ensuring projects comply with applicable laws and regulations. Ardency Solutions adheres to international standards and may request compliance documentation for regulated industries such as medical, aerospace, and automotive. We reserve the right to decline projects that fail to meet compliance requirements.
